GoLiiv – SKNEEKS

This was my first adaptive product line. The SKNEEKS were created out of a need. My daughter with cerebral palsy needed a way to walk on her knees..so came the knee sneakers.
I invented the product, handled manufacturing, ecommerce, website design, and all social marketing, etc. A Kickstarter campaign was launched in early June 2019 and was fully funded. The product was sold worldwide and although they aren’t being sold currently, I still to this day, receive numerous messages through Facebook and Instagram asking about how they can purchase.

Creating inclusion through adaptive or universal designed products is a big passion of mine and was the mission behind GoLiiv. Along with the SKNEEKS, we are still working with others such as local universities to bring more, much-needed products to life.
