Developmental Pathways needed a rebrand and a new website. This project started with multiple interviews with internal teams and our team sending out a website survey to our members and families. I then collaborated with Directors and Leadership to find out wants and needs, pain points, functionality requirements, and more. This involved a large amount of content so the challenge was, how do we give people the information they need but in a way that is easily absorbed? This was a massive project to tackle but now we are ready for growth and families and individuals have an easier way of understanding complex information.
